Collection: Maite Villamil

When asked about her art, Maite Villamil, artist from Puerto Rico, simply describes it as “everything.” Her creativity arises out of an attempt to make sense of the world and the quotidian. In this way, Maite’s art becomes a project of expressing a perception of the ordinary in non-ordinary ways, managing to grasp fleeting feelings of a precise moment.
